Dear Officer Baker,
The owner mistakenly filed a paper version of the Change of Attorney/Power of Attorney, in good faith, as he was unaware that the application had been filed under TEAS Plus and that there were electronic filing requirements. I have subsequently made these modifications through the TEAS Plus system but we must now pay the $50 fee for violating the TEAS Plus rules. We apologize for this good faith mistake - it will not happen again. Thank you. Jonathan G. Morton, Esq. - Attorney of Record |
