A Pty Ltd or Proprietary Limited company is an Australian corporate entity type that is similar in structure to the Limited Liability Company in the U.S. and limits the number of shareholders and shareholder liability. Registrant notes that Registrant was mistakenly misidentified as an Australian corporation in its prior filings, but such corporation has never existed. Registrant has submitted a Sec. 7 Amendment requesting that the record be corrected to reflect that Applicant/Registrant is a proprietary limited company. Registrant, Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Ltd., an Australian proprietary limited company, confirms that it is the owner of the registration.
