DATABASE SEARCH:  The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Attorney of record on October 25, 2013, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:  “Mounts for portable electronic equipment, namely smartphone mounts, PC tablet stabilizers and mounts, satellite radio mounts, desktop stands for portable electronic readers, GPS device mounts; camera mounts and supports; carrying cases, holders, protective cases and stands specially adapted for use with handheld digital electronic devices, namely, mobile phones, MP3 players, personal digital assistants; fitted plastic films known as skins for covering and providing a scratch proof barrier or protection for electronic devices, namely, mobile telephones, smart telephones, digital cameras, global positioning systems and personal digital assistants; power supplies, power adapters, and power inverters for portable electronic devices; camera tripods; and bags and cases specially adapted for holding or carrying portable electronic equipment and accessories, namely, mobile phones, MP3 players, personal digital assistants, digital cameras, global positioning systems, radios, electronic book readers, and PC tablets.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

The following claim of ownership is added to the record:

 

            Applicant is the owner of U.S. Registration Nos. 1818775 and 2993807.
