The owner's signatory, Howard Cohen, holds a power of attorney from the registrant. The power of attorney gives Mr. Cohen the right "to represent [owner] in proceedings pertaining to intellectual property...in all other matters that may become necessary during the prosecution, maintenance and protection of [owner's] intellectual property...." We attach the power of attorney, highlighting the relevant language.
