APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by SUZANNE K. KETLER on 3/14/13, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

 

The identification of goods and services has been amended as follows:

 

Pneumatic valve actuators for opening and closing of valves has been added to Class 7.

 

Electric valve actuators for opening and closing of valves has been added to Class 9.

 

Machine and machine tools” has been deleted from Class 7.

 

heat shrink products, namely, heat shrink tubing, sleeving, connection kits, and splicing kits; has been deleted from Class 9.

 

plastic heat shrinkable tubing, tubes, and sleeves for covering wires and cables; plastic heat shrinkable tubing kits consisting essentially of tubing, connectors, splice seals, and pipe connection seals has been added to Class 17.

 

pipeline tapping in Class 42 has been deleted

 

Gas and particulate emissions monitoring services has been deleted from Class 40 and added to Class 42.

 

 Pipe tapping services, namely, drilling or cutting holes in pipes and pipelines without draining or spilling the contents of the pipes has been added to Class 40.
