Applicant Hulu, LLC (“Applicant”), by and through its attorneys, respectfully submits this Response to Notice of Incomplete Divisional Request (the “Response”).  Applicant is responding to the Notice of Incomplete Divisional Request dated January 18, 2012 (the “Notice”).  Applicant responds to the only issue identified in the Notice as follows:

 

1.  Payment of Additional Fees

 

With the submission of this response, Applicant is also submitting additional fees required in the amount of $1,300.
