DATABASE SEARCH:  The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Elizabeth M. DESCRIPTION OF MARK

The following amended color location description is added to the record:

 

The mark consists of the word “ADVANCE” in black letters using stylized letters for the “A” and “D”, preceded by a tilted colored cube in blue displaying various geometric shapes in bluish-green on three sides of the cube (CMYK color system C:100 - M:0 - Y:30 - K:23 and C:60 - M:0 - Y:18 - K: 14 and C:30 - M:0 - Y:9 - K:7).
