Applicant’s Response, Dated 06/08/15
The substitute specimen submitted in applicant’s response, dated 06/08/15, is accepted and made of record. Accordingly, the specimen refusals entitled “Specimen Refused – Printer’s Proofs” and “Specimen Refused – Does Not Show Use of Mark With Specified Services” are both obviated.
Amendment of Identification of Services
The identification of services is amended to read as follows:
“Promoting public awareness, via a social campaign in Oakland, California, of the need for the greater Oakland community to appreciate the many positive and wonderful aspects of the city, resulting in more personal and community love and neighborliness”; in International Class 35. See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
