The examining attorney has refused registration of SUNSTONE with respect to "business consultation in the fields of crisis management," citing three prior registrations as obstacles to registration of SUNSTONE for these services. Applicant has amended its Class 35 identification to read in its entirety as "business consultation in the fields of evaluating terrorism, political violence, and war risks." Applicant therefore respectfully requests that the examining attorney withdraw the citation of these prior registrations.
