To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 85901390 KINFOLK(Standard Characters, see http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/ImageAgent/ImageAgentProxy?getImage=85901390) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The examining attorney has refused registration of Applicant's mark KINFOLK because he determined that there may be a likelihood of confusion with Application Serial Nos. 85/729,183 (now Registration No. 4,427,771) and 85/591,299. 

Applicant believes that there is no likelihood of confusion between Applicant’s mark KINFOLK and the cited marks because the marks are used with sufficiently different services.  Applicant requests that its application be suspended pending disposition of all cited applications.
