I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for the above-referenced application. The application will be ready to proceed once applicant agrees to clarify the mark description. If the changes below are acceptable, I will issue an examiner's amendment accordingly:
Mark Description: The mark consists of two white kittens with light blue and dark blue eyes surrounded on top by a light blue glow above the stylized wording "ROYALE" in white. The kittens and wording appears on a large rounded rectangle in dark blue where the perimeter color graduates to light blue in the middle of the rectangle around the letter "Y" in "ROYALE". There are two light blue curved bar shapes made to appear behind the dark blue rounded rectangle, one in the top right hand corner of the rectangle and one in the bottom left hand corner.
