To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 85866593 ICAM(Standard Characters, see http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/ImageAgent/ImageAgentProxy?getImage=85866593) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

List of goods have been modified in the application to remove conflicting goods/wares pertaining to EYECAM and I-CAM trademarks.

 

As such, the conflict between trade names and goods has been resolved.

 

No further goods were added.
