This Office action is in response to applicant’s communication filed on December 9, 2013.
The requirement for acceptable identifications of goods in maintained and continued. The following new issues concerning the identifications of goods must be addressed. The examining attorney apologizes for failure to raise these issues previously.
IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS INDEFINITE
Concerning the original wording “electrical controls for elevators”, applicant should note the following regarding these goods. The identification “electrical controllers” is not to be used interchangeably with "electronic controllers." An "electric" or "electrical" controller is used in the control of electricity. An "electronic controller" is an electronic device that is used to control the movement or position of a piece of equipment. As a result, it is necessary to specify for the "electronic controller" what is being controlled.
Applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate:
