IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES – PARTICULAR WORDING TOO BROAD - 040
Applicant may substitute the following wording, if accurate:
“Destruction, shredding and recycling of x-ray film, radiographic media, optical, digital and magnetic media and devices, hard drives, and hard copies of documents, including silver.” 040
