ARGUMENT(S)

REMARKS

            The Examining Attorney has required Applicant to amend its identifications of services in Classes 35 and 42. Applicant has now amended the identifications of services to satisfy this requirement.

            Finally, the Examining Attorney has made an inquiry with respect to the Class 42 services as originally worded. Applicant notes that it has made significant amendments to Class 42 and does not know whether the Request for Information still applies. However, Applicant notes that it plans to create and operate a registry for .CHLOE as a new top-level domain name. The CHLOE mark will be used in association with this and related services such as those in Class 42.

            With the above, Applicant respectfully submits that all questions are now answered and requests the application be approved for publication for opposition purposes.
