I am the trademark examining attorney handling the above case(s).  I have reviewed your application/response and the identification of goods/services for Class 017 must be amended because “adhesive labels for industrial and commercial use” is indefinite.  Adhesive labels made from paper are in 016 and plastic adhesive labels are in 020.  Applicant may amend the goods to “paper adhesive labels for commercial and industrial use” and move the goods to Class 016, deleting the goods from Class 017.  Please advise whether this is acceptable.
