(2)  Child application serial no. 85984184 contains the following goods and services in classes: 9 (Computer software and mobile application software allowing consumers to monitor and review their medical transactions, health insurance charges, and insurance reimbursements; computer software and mobile application software allowing consumers to detect and report unauthorized or fraudulent medical transactions, health insurance charges, and insurance reimbursements). 38 (Provision of e-mail alerts to consumers regarding medical financial transactions, health insurance charges, and insurance reimbursements). 38 (Provision of e-mail alerts to consumers regarding medical financial transactions, health insurance charges, and insurance reimbursements). 45 (Monitoring and reporting services in the fields of fraudulent transactions, identity theft, insurance fraud and financial crimes and providing advice, counseling and information thereon; remediation services, namely, legal and dispute resolution services in the fields of fraudulent transactions, identity theft, insurance fraud and financial crimes and providing advice, counseling and information thereon).  A statement of use filed on June 22, 2016 meets the minimum filing requirements and has been placed in the child application.  The statement of use will be routed to the examining attorney for examination and, if it does not meet all the statutory requirements, the examining attorney will notify the applicant.
