Registrant wishes to delete "Prepared food kits contain fish or seafood" and keep all the remaining goods. The Examining Attorney also stated that "Flavourings and seasonings" and "Peppers" as both to be deleted and to be retained in the registration, and the Class 30 goods "Meat tenderizers". First, Registrant requested to keep "Meat tenderizers", "Flavourings and seasonings" and "Peppers"  in the Declaration Of Use.
