ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

The sole issue raised in the Office Action was a rejection under Section 2(d) based upon U.S. Reg. No. 2,950,797 for the mark LIPPER LEADER.  Submitted herewith is a Consent Agreement executed by Thomson Reuters Global Resources, the owner of the cited registration.  The Consent Agreement is believed to obviate this rejection.  Reconsideration and withdrawal of this rejection are respectfully requested.

If there are any remaining issues before this application is approved for publication, the Examiner is invited to contact the undersigned.
