EXPLANATION OF FILING
The Company formally known as Forensic Medical Reviewers was a Florida corporation that conducted business under the d/b/a High Impact Inc. and under the registered trade name High Impact, Inc. in the state of Colorado and nationwide for over 15 years. In 2014 the name of the Company was formally changed to High Impact, Inc. and the company dropped its Florida affiliation and tacked to the High Impact, Inc. d/b/a registration as a Colorado corporation. The address, directors and other business information all remains the same. This was strictly a name change and not an acquisition/merger or other asset transaction.
