Miscellaneous Statement
Examiner requested additional product information about the goods. In response to the Information Required section of the Office Action, here is a description of the product: Power Leasing Systems has developed an iPad based software technology called Power Pro that enhances the consumers' apartment search and leasing experience while at the same time enabling the leasing professional to become more efficient in the apartment leasing and management processes. Predicated on customer-centric needs the program is designed to raise closing ratios and increase leases for everyone from the greenest to the most senior leasing professionals. When integrated with the property management software on site, it means single entry data and real time information. This means properties make more money with more leases, saving properties money with increased efficiencies. Attached is a product brochure and a print out of the 'Benefits' page of the website powerproleasing.com, illustrating the detailed description of the product.
