The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:

 

-        Nanofluidic devices, namely, solid state substrates in the nature of plates, chips and wafers, and software, both of the foregoing for genomic imaging and analysis, in International Class 9.  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
