Nos. 3956216 and 4151984 for the mark ENERGY SNX from the Trademark Office's TSDR (Trademark Status and Document Retrieval) records and from the Registration Certificate.  These registrations have been assigned to ARMA Energy, Inc., which assignment has been recorded with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on February 1, 2013 at Reel 4954, Frame 0757.  Registrant requests the issuance of a new Registration Certificate claiming ownership of only U.S. Registration No. 3738357.
