In response to the Office Action mailed August 6, 2018, Registrant submits herewith proof of current use and a supporting Declaration in connection with the following goods: "Computer game software; computer game software downloadable from a global computer network; computer game software for use on mobile and cellular phones; electronic game software for cellular telephones; electronic game software for handheld electronic devices; electronic game software for wireless devices; game software; interactive game software".  Registrant requests that the following goods be deleted from the subject registration: "Computer software and hardware for transforming mobile inputs into an instant prizing platform, allowing venues to run their own promotions, drive ad revenue, and spike their level of brand engagement on the social web; Electronic communications systems comprised of computer hardware and software for the transmission of data between two points".
