In the application, the registrant's name contains an error. It is respectfully requested that the registrant's name be changed from its trade name to its corporate name, by changing "Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy" to: -- Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc., dba Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy -- . The application, as-filed, inadvertently listed a trade name as an applicant, instead of a corporate name of a legal entity. It is believed that this type of error, listing of a trade name instead of a corporate name, is correctable before examination of the application. This type of error is described as being correctable in the first example under the heading "Correctable Errors" in TMEP §1201.02(c). No fee is believed to be due with this communication. However, the Director is authorized to charge any fees or credit any overpayments to Deposit Account No. 50-1170.
