Further to the note in the Office Actions issued on June 19, 2012 in the above-referenced applications encouraging a telephone conversation to resolve the requirement for clarification of indefinite identification language, I recently left you a voicemail.
The applicant seeks to enter the following amendment to the goods:
Class 1: Nucleic acid amplification kits comprising DNA oligonucelotides, DNA and RNA nucleotides, primers, buffer solutions, DNA and RNA polymerases, transferases, buffer and enzyme mixes, DNA and RNA control reagents for scientific research purposes
Applicant believes that upon entry of this amendment, the indefinite identification language is resolved.
