8, 2012, but the amendment was NOT actually entered. Applicant's correct name is ARNO FRIEDRICHS HARTMETALL GMBH & CO. KG. The term HARTMETALL was not included in the original application due to
a clerical error. The Preliminary Amendment merely set forth the complete name of the applicant. Applicant therefore respectfully requests that the examiner enter the Preliminary Amendment so that
