Applicant’s proposed mark is JUMPSTART. Registrant’s mark is identical.
Applicant’s goods/services are Telecommunications services, namely, converged data, address location information, text, pictures, and streaming media. Registrant’s goods/services include Telecommunications and data communications services, namely, providing access to on-line computer databases in the field of transportation and travel reservations and information; electronic data transmission services; providing access to global telecommunications network for the transfer and dissemination of transportation and travel information.. The goods/services overlap and are likely to be sold in the same channels of trade.
Although applicant’s mark has been refused registration, applicant may respond to the refusal(s) by submitting evidence and arguments in support of registration.
Applicant must respond to the requirement(s) set forth below.
RECITATION OF SERVICES
The recitation of services is unacceptable as indefinite. The applicant may adopt the following, if accurate:
