The amendment to allege use has been reviewed by the assigned trademark examining attorney and has been approved.

 

In the initial Office action, a requirement was issued for a disclaimer of the word “KNITTER’S.”  The applicant has not address the requirement.  The disclaimer requirement is maintained and continued.
