MARK DESCRIPTION: The following description of the mark is added to the record:

 

The mark consists of the words "EP ENERGY" in stylized font followed by a superscript design comprised of a diamond design above two triangles positioned in a manner that forms an overall triangular shape.  The word "CORPORATION" appears in stylized font below the word "ENERGY".
