EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant hereby requests the USPTO to issue an amended Certificate of Registration due to the clerical errors shown on a Certificate of Registration issued on November 20, 2018. Specifically, as shown on the documents attached within the Miscellaneous Section of this Request, Registrant filed the Request to Divide Registration on October 1, 2018 listing the following correct address: 5-2, Higashi-Shimbashi 1-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. However, the Certificate of Registration dated November 20, 2018 appears to erroneously (1) include the lower case letter "s" in "Shimbashi"; (2) include the lower case letter "m" in "Minato-ku"; and (3) be missing space between "1-chome" and "Minato-ku." Pursuant to the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure 1609.10(a), Registrant elects not to submit any fee.
