APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Nicole Y. Pieterse on January 5, 2012, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  With the amendment, the refusal of registration based on the likelihood of confusion with Registration Nos. 1575441 and 3499627 has been withdrawn.  The requirements for adding classes of services are moot.
