DATABASE SEARCH: The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Matthew Horlacher on December 2, 2011, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707. “candles” in International Class 4;
“Personal lubricants; vaginal moisturizers; vaginal washes; tampons; feminine hygiene pads; disinfectants for hygienic purposes” in International Class 5;
“Razors; razor cases” in International Class 8; and
“Massage apparatus; electric massage appliances, namely, electric vibrating massager; silicone balls for Kegel exercises for medical purposes; medical devices for Kegel exercises, namely, pelvic floor exercisers for use to treat symptoms of urinary incontinence and for therapeutic purposes; menstrual cups; condoms; vaginal dilators” in International Class 10.
