DATABASE SEARCH:  The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).

 

APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED:  In accordance with the authorization granted by Peter Willsey on September 2, 2011, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below.  Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.  Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.

“Adhesive tape dispensers for household or stationery use; adhesive tape dispensers”, in International Class 16; 

“Backpacks”, in International Class 18; 

“Storage and organization systems comprising shelves, drawers, cupboards, baskets and clothes rods, sold as a unit; clothes hangers”, in International Class 20; 

“Dust pans; plastic storage containers for household or domestic use; toothbrush holders; storage and organization systems comprised of portable containers for storing household utensils; household utensils, namely, spatulas, mixing spoons and slotted spoons; shower caddies; shower racks; laundry baskets; trash cans; trash containers for household use”, in International Class 21;  and

“Floor mats; bath mats; rubber mats”, in International Class 27.

Claim of Ownership of Prior Registration

 

The following claim of ownership is added to the record:  “Applicant is the owner of U.S. Registration No. 3960507.”  37 C.F.R. §2.36; TMEP §812.
