APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by Christina Licursi on December 6, 2011, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Any amendments to the identification of goods and/or services may clarify or limit the goods and/or services, but may not add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); see TMEP §§1402.06 et seq.
Applicant’s response dated November 17, 2011 amending the application is acceptable, except as otherwise amended below. The identification of services in Class 41 is amended to add the word “of” to read as follows: “entertainment, namely, providing temporary use of non-downloadable computer games.” See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e). The identification of goods and services as amended remains otherwise unchanged.
