Mr. Abrams,
As indicated in my voice mail message, I am the trademark examining attorney assigned to the above mentioned applications. I have completed my review and the applications are nearly ready for publication. I just need a slight adjustment to the description of the mark. I suggest the following amendment:
The mark consists of a check mark on top of three stacked shadowed boxes followed by the words "FileRight".
I would be happy to make this change by Examiner’s Amendment (for each application) rather than issuing a formal Office action.
Additionally, the disclaimers of the term “FILE” included with the applications are unnecessary because the marks are unitary (i.e., the words are displayed without a space between them). Accordingly, you may authorize the withdrawal of the disclaimer statements and I will delete the statements. If you wish the disclaimer statements to remain, that is fine too.
I greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your reply or phone call. Thank you.
