Applicant confirms its complete mailing address is: Romaneche-Thorins La Chapelle de Guinchay France, 71570 The TEAS application form restricts the city name to a certain number of characters, specifically 22. Applicant’s city, La Chapelle de Guinchay, exceeded those parameters, so the city was entered in the “Miscellaneous Statement” section, the only section on the form where such information could be entered. In the response form, the city field is similarly restricted, leading to the inaccurate truncation of Applicant’s city. No abbreviations are available in this situation. Applicant notes the aforementioned mailing address appears in numerous registrations owned by Applicant, including 3311993, 3311992, 3180291, and others.
