This application has been revived.  Prior to the abandonment of the application, an Office action had issued on June 15, 2011, which applicant claimed was never received.  Therefore, applicant is granted six months from the issue/mailing date identified above to respond to the requirement(s) and/or refusal(s) in the outstanding Office action.  See TMEP §1714.01(a)(i).

(1) Go to the Trademark Document Retrieval (TDR) online system at http://tdr.gov.uspto.report/init.action.

(2)  Enter the serial number of this application in the box labeled NUMBER.

(3)  Click on the SUBMIT button.

(4)  Find the document with a Mail/Create Date of 06/15/2011.

(5)  Click on the document “Offc Action Outgoing” next to that date.

(6) Click on the icon in the top right corner of the screen to download and print the document.
