Subject: Serial No. 77797940 PLMA MATCHMAKER Trademark Office Action

Dear Ms Eulin, In response to your Office Action for the above referenced trademark application, the Applicant would like to delete Classes 35 and 42 from its application in light of your position that the trademark specimens it submitted were not adequate and move forward with just Classes 09 and 41 which you found acceptable.  Should the Applicant amend it application by deleting these classes or file a response to the Office Action by deleting these classes.  If acceptable you could issue an Examiner's Amendment that Applicant wishes to delete Classes 35 and 42 from its
PLMA MATCHMAKER application.  I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
