The referenced application has been reviewed by the assigned trademark examining attorney. Applicant must respond timely and completely to the issue(s) below. 15 U.S.C. §1062(b); 37 C.F.R. §§2.62(a), 2.65(a); TMEP §§711, 718.03.
The trademark examining attorney has searched the Office’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
Description of Mark Incomplete
Therefore, applicant must provide a more complete description of the applied-for mark. The following is suggested:
The mark consists of the letters BCA inside a hexagon design. At the top of the hexagon, and at the bottom 3 points of the hexagon are lines radiating from the corners of the hexagon. Outside the upper right corner of the hexagon are two sets of lines that appear as chevrons.
The applicant will indicate whether the mark has any meaning in any foreign language, any meaning in the relevant trade or any meaning specifically in connection with the goods named in the application. 37 C.F.R. Section 2.61(b); TMEP section 808.03(c).
If the applicant has any questions or needs assistance responding to this office action, the applicant should contact the examining attorney. As noted above, the applicant is strongly encouraged to contact the examining attorney to resolve the issue(s) listed above.
