FAILURE TO RESPOND—ABANDONMENT OF CLASSES—ADVISORY
If applicant does not respond to this Office action within the six-month period for response, the following goods will be deleted from the application: commuter packs for bicyclists. The application will then proceed with the following goods only: Frames, for luggage carriers, for bicycles; front and rear bicycle rack packs; pannier bags for bicycles; saddlebags for bicycles. See 37 C.F.R. §2.65(a); TMEP §718.02(a).
