This Office action is in response to applicant’s communication filed on September 1, 2010.
It is called to applicant’s attention that U.S. Trademark Application no. 77-816,868 is still pending registration in this Office.
Applicant amended the recitation of goods in its September 1, 2010, response; however, the amendment did not cover all the indefinite goods. Applicant must amend the following goods by using their common specific names and by indicating the components that form the apparatuses and systems: audio-visual apparatus; home speaker apparatus; and home theatre systems. Further, the parts and fittings for all the aforesaid goods must be specified.
