In response to the Office action, applicant contacted the examining attorney to amend the identification of goods in the application.  Accordingly, the requirement is satisfied and the refusal has been overcome. 

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by John S. Miranda on February 26, 2021, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:

Electronic control systems composed of electronic controllers for handling devices in the nature of  machines or robots for welding, namely, a digital TIG (tungsten inert gas) power inverter source for  TIG (tungsten inert gas), MIG/MAG (metal inert gas/metal active gas) and MMA (manual metal arc) welding
