Subject: MADC-A (Serial No. 79290878)

Good afternoon,

I am the examining attorney reviewing the application for MADC-A (Serial No. 79290878). I’ve reviewed applicant’s response, and in order to move forward with the application, additional amendment to the identification is required.

The following is suggested:

Class 006:            [no amendment required]

Class 009:             Magnetic cores; telecommunication machines and apparatus, namely, electric coils, choking coils for use in electrical apparatus, electrical transformers for use in electrical apparatus; power distribution or control machines and apparatus, namely, power supplies being electrical, charger for batteries, electrical reactors, inverters, electric transformers, voltage surge protectors; electrical inductors; magnetic sheets, namely, magnetic sheet in the nature of magnetic core made from soft magnetic material that absorbs electromagnetic energy in radio waves and change it into heat; magnetic sheet in the nature of {specify common commercial name} made from soft magnetic material for the purpose of magnetic flux route used for reduction of leakage flux or improvement of magnetic flux directivity; magnetic powders

Upon agreement to the above, I can enter an examiner’s amendment and proceed with approval for publication.

Your prompt response is appreciated. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,
