EXPLANATION OF FILING
Applicant seeks to correct a USPTO error in the owner's address. The application was filed with the correct address; however, the mark published with a typo. Specifically, the address in the publication is: SEGA CORPORATION Sumitomo Fudosan Osaki Garden Tower 1-1-1 Nishi-Shinagawa,Shinagawa-ku, Toky Tokyo JAPAN. However, the correct address of the applicant is: SEGA CORPORATION Sumitomo Fudosan Osaki Garden Tower 1-1-1 Nishi- Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku Tokyo Japan. Tokyo was repeated and spelled incorrectly the first time. As the error was on the part of the Office, no fees should be payable.
