Identification of Services – International Class 42

 

The identification of services for International Class 42 is amended to read as follows:  “Software design; computer system design; information technology consultancy services; software development in the context of software editing; development of computer platforms; software installation; software as a service (SaaS) featuring software for task management and equipment management which enables the control of human and material resources, by assigning specific tasks to specific people; rental of computer software; maintenance of computer software; updating of software; computer programming; conversion of computer programs and data, other than physical conversion; conversion of data or documents from physical to electronic media; all of these services to the exclusion of remote monitoring of technical or refrigeration apparatus.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

 

 

Identification of Goods – International Class 9

 

The identification of goods for International Class 9 is amended to correct a typographical error by amending “debbuging” to “debugging.”  See TMEP §§707.02, 1402.01, 1402.01(e).

 

 

Requirement Satisfied

 

The amendment made herein satisfies the final requirement to clarify the identification.  TMEP §713.02.
