Dear Ms. Porter:

 

The owner of the SUBLIME stylized trademark application has asked that our firm take over representation of the above-mentioned application.  We plan to file a petition to revive the application, whose office action deadline was missed inadvertently, and will file a formal response to the office action issued on June 3, 2019.  

 

In the meantime, can you please advise if the following proposed amendment to the Class 35 description is acceptable?  

 

Class 35:  Skin-based digital advertising services for others via on-line graphic presentation of content

 

This language more closely tracks the language claimed by the applicant's SUBLIME word mark registration (U.S. Reg. No. 5711091).  We look forward to hearing from you.
