This application was published for opposition on 04/07/2020. Third party, Penguin Random House LLC, timely filed extensions of time in which to oppose the application. The parties have reached an amicable resolution of the potential opposition, whereby applicant has agreed to voluntarily delete the term "books" from the ID for Class 16. Accordingly, applicant requests such amendment be made and, thereafter, that the application proceed to grant.
