Under the circumstances, a substitute black and white drawing of the mark is submitted herewith which should replace the original drawing submitted. In addition, please insert the following: "No claim of color is made with respect to the mark in the International Registration." In addition, in response to the Examining Attorney's requirement for a concise description of the mark, omitting reference to color, please insert the following description: "The mark consists of the stylized wording "g3" superimposed over a shield design with multiple seven-pointed stars on one half and a unicorn on the other half. The shield is surrounded by multiple grape bunches with grape leaves and an open crown at the top." Applicant, by the foregoing, has complied with the Examining Attorney's requirement for an accurate and concise description of the mark.
