ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Registration has been refused because of an alleged likelihood of confusion with the marks in U.S. Registration Nos. 3208547; 3246906; 2895006. Applicant has with this response significantly limited the scope of services in a manner that Applicant believes sufficient to remove any likelihood of confusion, inasmuch as Applicant?s services are not at all related to real estate services, and are not similar to the certificate-of-deposit type of services offered under the cited registrations, but are instead limited to investment banking services. Applicant therefore respectfully requests that the refusal under Section 2(d) be withdrawn and the mark passed for publication.
